Lily Polstein is a GFE alum (of both the Get Up! and Youth Internship Programs) who helps clients grow food in her hometown of Los Angeles. Her company Sustainable Landscapes installs and maintains beautiful edible gardens and landscapes. Lily says, “I hope to use my knowledge of urban gardening and design to create environmentally conscious and sustainable spaces in both residential and public spaces.”
